Minimum Entry Requirements
Duration and Pattern
The programme will be delivered through Open & Distance Learning. The course has 12 Modules and Exams are done after every 6 Modules in March, June, September and December, whichever time is convenient for the student, after Study for 6 months.

Upon completion, Students not only qualify for IHRM Membership but also Full Membership of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the largest HRM Professional Body in the World with membership in 160 countries. Students also get exemptions while undertaking the CHRP course.
Mode of Application

A non-refundable Application fee of Kshs 1,000/= is applicable before any application can be processed. Deposits are done via a direct deposit into the following bank account. (NB: No Cash payments accepted.)
For Instalments, kindly pay half the amount during the registration and the balance is payable within a span of three months.
